Commercial litigation specialist Richard
Slaven is to join Pinsent Masons as a partner. Formerly a partner
with Halliwells, he joins with immediate effect. A team of
six lawyers and a legal PA will join with him, and they will be
based in the firm's London office.
A highly respected lawyer, Richard has
extensive experience of the insurance sector. One of his key
clients is financial services company Legal &General, whose
general counsel Geoffrey Timms commented:
